RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final, friends—no refunds here. But don’t worry, life happens! If you can’t make your scheduled event, we’ll happily hook you up with a reschedule voucher for another show or event of your choice—as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows, though? Sorry, we can’t reschedule those.

WEATHER POLICY

This is New England—if you don’t like the weather, wait five minutes. We’ll keep an eye on Mother Nature and make a final call a few hours before your event if things look dicey. In the rare case we need to cancel (think snowpocalypse levels), we’ll email you a voucher so you can come party with us another time.
